We want you to be 100% satisfied with your products. If you are not, we will happily offer you an exchange or store credit. All exchanged items must be postmarked no later than 30 days from the date of product shipment (to keep things fair we are firm on this policy). We do not issue refunds at this time. Once the item for exchange is received in our warehouse, the customer will be emailed a Store Credit Code to be used online. Packing Receipt is required to make exchanges. Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy:

Merchandise must be completely unaltered, new, unworn, and with tags attached. Please include the original package receipt. Contact for any additional instructions and/or questions. We are glad to help.

Final Sale Policy:

We have a Final Sale Policy on the following items for sanitary reasons:
Bodysuits, gift cards, intimates, bralettes, and underwear. Jewelry accessories are also considered a final sale unless approved by customer service.
